How do I enter?
Create an account, choose a competition, pick how many tickets you want and check out. You’ll get a confirmation email with your ticket numbers every time you order.
How do instant wins work?
In some competitions, certain ticket numbers have extra prizes already allocated to them. Your ticket numbers are given to you at random when you order, and if one of them matches an instant win number, that prize is unlocked straight away. You’ll see it as soon as your order completes, and we’ll be in touch to arrange your prize.
Who can enter?
Anyone aged 18 or over who lives in the UK. You need one account per person.
What are my chances of winning?
Every competition shows the maximum number of entries, so you always know your odds. If a competition has 100 entries and you buy 1 ticket, your chance is 1 in 100. Buy 10 tickets and it’s 1 in 10.
When is the draw?
The closing date and time are shown on every competition, and the draw takes place shortly after, usually the same evening. Draws are streamed live so everyone can watch.
Will the draw happen if not every ticket sells?
Yes. Draws go ahead on the date shown. We don’t extend competitions just to sell more tickets.
How is the winner picked?
Every draw is done through RandomDraws (randomdraws.co.uk), an independent, verified random draw service. We have no influence over the result, and every draw is streamed live so you can watch it happen.
Where can I see my tickets?
Your ticket numbers are in your order confirmation email, and you can see all your orders any time by logging into your account.
How will I know if I’ve won?
We’ll contact you by phone and email, usually within 48 hours of the draw. Please keep your account details up to date.
How do I get my prize?
After a quick ID check, we deliver your prize by hand or by tracked and insured courier, free to mainland UK addresses.
Can I get a refund?
Entries are final and non-refundable. The exception is if we cancel a competition, in which case you’ll be refunded in full.
